Worked with India’s Public Service Broadcasters (All India Radio and Doordarshan) for more than 28 years till November 2019.
•Planned, Produced, Scripted, Edited and presented more than 5,000 programmes, promos and short films for both Radio & Television on various subjects like Education, Health, Women empowerment, Social justice, Law, Senior Citizens, Youth, Public awareness and grievances, Career Guidance, Sports and so on;
•Anchor and presenter of more than hundred phone-in and public awareness programmes on various developmental issues.
•Freelanced as a BBC reporter for 6 years
•Worked collaboratively with Senior Management and on-ground teams of 67 Doordarshan Stations to develop new policies, ideas, concepts, proposals, operational plans and budgets to design and execute growth and content strategy of the organization.
•Worked with content teams to design and develop communication strategies and public service campaigns relating to Public health, Education for all, Equality and Social Justice, Empowerment, Girl Child, Cleanliness, Communal Harmony, Road safety and strategic communications across extremism affected regions and border areas.
