Professional Experience: |
Worked with Bharti Airtel for 2.5 years across various functions as part of their Young Leader program.
The stints were across multiple geographies (Kanpur, Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Ranchi, Kurukshetra and eventually Jorhat) and allowed me a holistic experience of the industry and business.
The 1.5 year stint at Jorhat as Zonal Sales Manager was crucial to my personal and professional maturity. It gave me the opportunity to lead a 9-member team supported by 40+ distributors and 4000+ retailers across Upper Assam and Nagaland.
The standout learning was the importance of backing data driven decisions and the ability to put it into context.

Completed my Post Graduate studies from IIM Ahmedabad.
My fields of interest during the course of my studies included infrastructure development and financing, market research, communications, microfinance management, corporate social responsibility and data visualization among others.
Additionally, I hold a B.Com (Hons) degree from University of Delhi, the core subjects of which revolved around micro/macro/development economics, business statistics and accounting.
