Currently, I am working as a Program Leader. As a Program Leader, I work with 11 young and dynamic Gandhi Fellows. One of my major responsibility involves working on Leadership skills and growth of the Gandhi Fellows. I have experience in conducting, designing and facilitating large group sessions, managing team, leadership development, project management and mentoring. Before this, I have been a part of an entrepreneurial firm in which I was engaged for over 7 years. I also have experience in classroom teaching and lesson planning.

I have completed my MA in Education from Bengaluru. As a part of the program, I had an opportunity to engage with various discourses pertaining to contemporary education. The courses I enrolled in gave me an insight into various perspectives such as philosophy, history etc through which education can be approached. As a part of the program, I also had a lot of practical exposure in the form of school practicums, internship and research projects. I look forward to being a part of a dynamic organization wherein I find growth through which I can contribute to the impact sector.
