- Assisted Prof. Joelle Fong to write literature reviews, analysing data and managing conferences.


Graduate Consultant, Tri Sector Associates, Singapore (08/2018 – 05/2019)

• Worked in a team of 5 graduate consultants to create two Development Impact Bonds of value around $4 million that links funding to successful program outcomes such as increase in employability and higher incomes.
• Conducted an extensive research on skill-development and sanitation sectors in India.
• Prepared Terms of References and proposals for engaging clients in skill-development and sanitation sectors in India.
• Prepared concept notes including financial models based on measurable outcomes.
