Presently I am working as District Consultant, Social Gender & Community Mobilization & Micro Finance in NERLP, Ministry of DoNER, GOI, funded by World Bank. I have worked as a District Coordinator,SGCM & MF in NERLP, DPMU, Khowai Tripura under MDoNER, GOI, funded by world Bank from 1st September 2016 to 30th September 2019. I have worked under Organization for Rural Survival as a Volunteer, Center Coordinator of CHILDLINE and also worked as Counselor of Family Counselling Center under Ministry of Women & Child Development from 2015 to 2017.2. Worked as Field investigator in an evaluation study on SHGs under SGSY in Tripura. The study was conducted by Bolpur Manav Prem O Seva Sanstha, West Bengal funded by Department of Rural Development, Govt. of Tripura. 2011.3. Worked as Field investigator in preparation of Status of Panchayat Report, 2011 in Tripura. The study was conducted by Bolpur Manav Prem O Seva Sanstha, West Bengal funded by Department of Panchayat, Govt. of India. 2011. 4. Worked as Field investigator in an evaluation study on Impact of Micro Finance on Women in Tripura. The study was conducted by Bolpur Manav Prem O Seva Sanstha, West Bengal funded by Financial Inclusion Trust, New Delhi. 2012.5. I have Work experience In IGDC Project as a Block Level Training Coordinator under DISHARI (NGO Service Provider) in 2012. I have work experience in Sun Flower Socio Cultural Organization & Rangalook Natya Sanstha & Puppet Theatre as a social worker from 2008 to 2014. 1. I have worked as a Volunteer in National Service Scheme from 2005 to 2006.

I have pursued my Masters in Rural Management & Development from Tripura University in the year 2012. I have completed Bachelor in Arts (Philosophy Honors) from Tripura University during the year 2010.I have also completed Diploma in Computer Application.

I have pursued Sangeet Visharad in Tabla from Pracheen Kala Kendra,Chandigarh in the year 2012. 1. As a part of course curriculum, i have undergone 21 days placement in “JICA”.2. As part of course curriculum, undergone 15 days placement in Bokafa R.D. Block, South Tripura. During this study conducted an evaluation Study on MGNREGA & IAY in 5 GP under Bokafa R.D. Block. As part of course curriculum, a Study was conducted on “Socio Economic status of street vendors “ on 100 sample of Agartala AMC area. I was participate in 6 days Master training program was organized by “LAKSHMIBAI NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF PHAYSICAL EDUCATION” (GWALIOR) from 23rd July to 28th July 2012 on behalf of Ministry of Youth and Sport Affairs , Government of India under the scheme of Sport & games for Person of Disability (AISCD,PYKKA,PARALYMPIC,SOB). I have attended in 10 days National Service Scheme special Camp from 18.09.2006 to 27.09.2006 held under Youth for Rural Reconstruction Campaign. I have attended in State Level Seminar on Safe Drinking Water & Sanitation in Rural Areas: Present Status, Problem & Prospects from 22nd December 2011 to 23rd December 2011 organized by Centre for Rural Studies, Department of Rural Management & Development, Tripura University & Sponsored by DWSSO, PWD, Govt. of Tripura. I have Participated in the ToT training Programme on Participatory Tools & Techniques for Management of Livelihoods Projects held at the NIRDPR-NERC from 5th December 2016 to 9th December 2016 organized by National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India. I have participated in several training; workshop & Exposure visits during my work period under NERLP
