Social Mobilisation & Institutional Development: • Ensure formation & account opening of SHG whenever required, capacity building training to SHGs members, Gradation of SHGs for release of Revolving Fund and proper utilisation of revolving fund by the SHGs. • Ensure Formation and registration of Area Level Federation (ALF), gradation of ALF, Release of Revolving Fund to ALF and utilisation of revolving fund by the ALF. • Ensure formation and registration of City Level Federation (CLF). • Ensure establishment of City Livelihood Centre at least one in a town. Monitoring of functional CLC. • Ensure Monthly reporting to SMMU & uploading of data in the NULM web portal.
Shelter for Urban Homeless: • Ensure Constitution of Shelter Management Committee. • Ensure preparation and Submission of DPR having more than one lakh population or district head quarter town. • Monitor progress of construction/implementation. • Ensure Operation and Management of SUH center by the Shelter Management Agency. • Ensure Monthly reporting to SMMU & uploading of data in the NULM web portal.
Support to Urban Street vendors: • Ensure updating of survey of street vendors in the city in light of Street Vendor Rules and Schemes notified by Govt of Odisha on 6'h July 2015. • Ensure issue of Identify cards to street vendors. • Ensure awareness training amongst Street Vendors. • Ensure Vendor Development Plan, Vendor Market Plan. • Ensure extensions of all benefits like, EST&P, SEP and SM & ID to street vendors under NULM & under PMSVANidhi as well. • Ensure Monthly reporting to SMMU & uploading of data in the NULM web portal & PMSVANidhi web-portal
Employment through Skill Training and Placement:
• Ensure mobilization of beneficiaries for EST & P training. • Ensure upload of required information in NULM (MIS) web portal by ULB and STP. • Ensure starting and timely completion of training by the empaneled Skill Training Providers
