Working as a Peace and Conflict Consultant in Central Government University. Worked as Project Manager with an NGO and have experience of imparting training and have been part of Research Projects. I have good administrative skills with the experience of leading a team.
I am a Human Rights Activist and have keen interest to work on the issues of Human Rights violations. I am currently working with the Malaviya Peace Research Center as a Consultant on the Research Project This European Union Project focuses on Peace and Conflict situation and Human Rights violation in the conflict stricken state of Meghalaya (North-East), India. I have worked as a Project Manager with United Minds for Integral Development, an organization fighting for the rights and welfare of the marginalized people with special focus on Women and Children. My work entailed activities like training, co-coordinating, event planning and supervising at different levels. Being the part of the pilot project I was also involved in research, resource development and resource mobilization. I have also served as a Soft Skills Trainer in different Organizations. I worked as Center Manager in Trounce Education and have looked into all the Administrative work of the Institution. I also imparted training to the students as and when it was needed.
In academics I have done Masters in International Law and Human Rights from UN mandated University for Peace, Costa Rica and have specialization on Women Human Rights Education from University of Toronto, Canada. I also hold a Law degree from Kanpur University, India. I have demonstrated strong academic performance and have developed insights about Human Rights during my Academic Course. The academic qualifications along with my past experience and inclination towards the issues of human rights has contributed to my learning.
