Having more than 6 years of working experience in development sector. From 2005 to 2006 worked with Child In Need Institute in two projects as Program Coordinator and Program Associate respectively. From 2006 to mid of 2007 worked with South 24 Parganas District ICDS Cell in the capacity of District Coordinator. From 2007 to mid of 2011 worked with SANCHAR in the position of Program Officer. Just completed a volunteering assignment with VSO and supported an organization called The Gambia Association of the Physically Disabled (GAPD) as Organizational Development Advisor in The Gambia, West Africa.

Recommended as a second author in a paper named Community – level micronutrient fortification of a food supplement in India and a paper on Integrated Rural Development Management published by Vivekananda University,Successfully managed, implemented different programs in health, education and disability. Successfully implemented 1st phase of OD process, and provided training on OD, Team Building & Leadership, HIV-AIDS, Nutrition & Hygiene,Disability rights. Successfully implemented Monitoring & Evaluation process of different organisations. Supported VSO The Gambia as one of the core member in designing its Programme Plan for 2012-2014.
Supported VSO The Gambia in the development of project proposal for World bank
