To prepare a designing, estimating and implementation of water harvesting structure i.e. Check dam, Pond deepening, Farm pond, Well recharge, Bore-Well recharge, Farm bund, Field outlet, Rain & Water-Harvesting structures etc.
• To prepare estimate and execute the Civil related activities like as……1) Community centre-hall (Samaj Vadi) (2) Bal Kendra (3)Gaushala shed and all type of building work, RCC road work, Sanitation work, water pipe line work, Fabrication work & fencing work etc.
• To execute the all work in field with community participation. In this motivate members implement participatory approach work To execute the civil work with necessary lab test (SBC test, Mix design of concrete, Concrete compressive strength, civil material Brick, Cement, Steel etc)
• To specific knowledge of quality assurance, Measurement book, billing of work, Schedule of rates, Completion report.
• To prepare a Detail Project Report (DPR) of Watershed project of NABARD Bank in our CSR villages for Govt. convergence. In this DPR all activities like Agriculture, Watershed Net planning, Communities mobilize & Animal husbandry we covered and this project sanction by NABARD also.
• Finishing & Maintains work of building (tiles, color, electric work, waterproofing, plumbing etc)
