Working with UNDP as an HR and Admin Assistant and responsible for advising HR policies and practices to program managers and communicate organization compensation and benefits to staff. Play a key role in managing HR systems and processes and streamlining HR administration for new hire process. Conducted employee induction programmes, developed staff engagement programs, supported performance management process, employee surveys and exit process. Managed HRMIS to record, track and provide reports and metrics on employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, performance reviews, termination dates etc.
Worked with I-process an Asst. Manager -HR and Lead and managed the employee life cycle team managing HR processes for an employee strength of +13000 staff. Responsible for handling various stages of the Employee life cycle, including onboarding, letters issuance, opening of salary bank accounts, background verification and managing MIS trackers for maintaining and updating employee records.
worked with Renovision Automation Services as an Asst. Manager- HR for about 6 yrs and Led a 9-member Telecom team to help manage HR processes for a WIPRO unit covering 1200 employees. Directly engaged with WIPRO counterparts to help create, implement and manage onboarding plans, assist in performance management and employee evaluation, maintaining employee records, compliance to local laws and regulations, planning for health, safety and welfare needs of all employees.
