1. Room to Read (RtR) | Project Intern
•Conducted research/benchmarking of global and national child protection laws like JJ Act, POCSO etc.
•Recommended changes to current Child Protection Policy (CPP) to bring it at par with national standards
•Designed a user-friendly training module on CPP in Room to Read. Appreciated by RTR Management
2.ISDM Rural Immersion Project
•Carried out field work in Morena with local NGOs to understand and analyse critical socio-economic issues
•Identified interconnections and leverages for the identified issues in Morena and designed interventions
•Co-created an organisation (simulation) for rejection of Socially Sanctioned Prostitution in Morena
•Designed social campaign for behaviour change and frameworks for monitoring and evaluation
3.Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights | Operations Intern
•Developed a process to resolve complaints and requests brought to DCPCR
•Inspected 6 mid-day meal kitchens and 10 Anganwadi centres, reported findings to District Officers
•Designed processes to bridge systemic gap between Social workers, Anganwadi Centres etc. with Nutritional Rehabilitation Centres (NRC) of Govt. Hospitals to address Severe Acute Malnutrition of Children in Delhi
•Led the process of research for implementation of monitoring of NRCs in Delhi Government hospitals
4.Youth Ki Awaaz | Expository Writer and Correspondent
•Published articles on Women’s issues to create awareness and encourage engagement
•Developed photo stories and editorial content on Delhi University elections and student movements
