Started as a Mathematics teacher for 5 years, moved on to become an academic coordinator for 3 years and took up the job of a trainer for Professional Development Qualifications accredited by Cambridge International. Eventually lead two qualifications in Educational Leadership and Teaching and Learning successfully guiding more than 150 teachers and 30 school leaders. Selected as an associate inspector for school inspections in UAE in 2012 and continuing the consultancy till date visiting UAE every year on invitation. Involved as an inspector and mentor for inspectors in Madhya Pradesh school inspection project funded by DFID and implemented by ARK in Madhya Pradesh in the year 2012-13. Involved in school inspections for Andhra Pradesh Government to inspect 19 Social Welfare organisations in the year 2010-11. Designed and lead school audits and reviews in India, worked with various national and international frameworks for school inspections/audits/accreditations including CBSE accreditation framework, NABET Standard, SHAALA SIDHI framework by NUEPA. Developed and piloted the internal Quality review framework and process for the 300 Gyanshala centres of Education Support Organization in Gujarat and Bihar and Delhi Public School Society in Delhi. Has been a technical consultant for report writing drafting Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Maharashtra International Education Board in 2018-19, Supported the design and delivery of training module for School Management Committee (SMC) training in Bihar funded by World Bank in the year 2017-18. Involved as a support for the design and implementation of SMC training module in Anantapur District in Andhra Pradesh funded by DFID in 2010-12. Have been involved in CSR funded projects as a project advisor, project manager to design and implement outcome based specific programmes in primary, middle and secondary schools in India. Skilled in designing test questions for student as well as teacher assessment. Highly skilled trainer for both teachers and school leaders conducting training in various Middle East nations. Delivered trainings for more than 45 days for more than 1500teachers in Bhutan working with Ministry of Education and Pearson Education as a partner.
