- Working with Lend A Hand India, a leading NGO in skill education, to design and implement a capacity-building program for vocational trainers and field officers with the pedagogy that aligns with adolescents.
- Working with Snehalaya, a child care institute in Ahmednagar to design and implement SEL and employability development programs for orphans and children with HIV.
Since May’17- Nov’20: Sr. Manager, Lend A Hand India, Pune
- Developed and executed strategies for various skill & entrepreneurship development programs in schools.
- Led the initiative of Train the Trainer Program for vocational Trainers across India.
- Monitored scheme of vocational education in 500 schools across Maharashtra.
- Piloted and scaled internship initiative to benefit over 8000 students annually in Maharashtra, ensuring practical work experience in their field of study.
- Setup & operationalized state of the art Multi Skill Training Center in Pune.
- Worked closely with state government bodies (Samagra Shiksha, DVET, State Board) and local governance bodies (Municipal Corporations, ZP, Tribal Department) to promote scheme of vocational education.
