- Compulsory Rotatory Internship in General Hospital, Ernakulam (2014 - 2015).

Actively involved as WHO External Monitor for the following activities:

• April 2017 & Feb 2018 : The Polio Supplementary Immunization activity as External Monitor at Dakshina Kannada District, Karnataka.

• July 2018 : Mission Indradhanush Campaign as External Monitor at Dakshina Kannada District, Karnataka

• Feb 2017 : Measles Rubella Vaccination Campaign as External Monitor at Dakshina Kannada District, Karnataka.

Successfully carried out the following field activities:

• Conducted Measles Epidemiological Surveillance along with rapid Response team under IDSP, Mangalore in 2017.

• Conducted investigation of Dengue Outbreak under IDSP in Uppinangady, Mangalore in 2016.

• ‘Orientation and training programme on RNTCP, Diagnosis, Management and latest updates of Tuberculosis’ under District TB Control Programme, at DHO, Mangalore (19 Jan 2018).

• National Symposium on Cancer Prevention and Control by Health Promotion and Early Detection held at Yenepoya Medical College, Mangalore (24 Apr 2018).

• Hands on Workshop on health technology assessment with economic evaluation of health programme organized by Indian Institute of public Health, Gandhinagar & Department of Community Medicine K S Hegde Medical College, Mangalore (22 Feb 2019 – 23 Feb 2019).
Education:
- Successfully completed M.D. Community Medicine in Jun 2019 from A.J. Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.

- Finished M.B.B.S in 2013 from SUT Academy of Medical Sciences, Kerala University of Health Sciences.

My PG Dissertation has been carried out on "The study on the effect of School based Health education on prevention of risk factors of Cardiovascular diseases among High School students in Mangaluru” and submitted to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.

b. "A study on the proportion of depression and the associated factors among type 2 diabetes mellitus patients attending a tertiary care hospital in rural Mangaluru”
Presented at the 30th Karnataka Association of Community Health Conference 2018 in JJMC Davangere.

c. “Assessment of knowledge attitude and practice of contraceptives among women in reproductive age residing in Urban field practice area of a Medical College in Mangaluru"
Presented at the 45th National IAPSM Conference 2018.

1. A study on health seeking behavior and health expenditure pattern among rural population in field practice area of a medical college in south India.

2. A study on prevalence of indoor air pollution and association with respiratory illness in a rural population in Pane, Mangaluru.
