Fortuitous to be deputed in one of the most upcoming districts in India, Haridwar which is currently only one of the 115 districts out of 725 that come under the fulcrum of Aspirational Districts as listed by NITI Aayog, the lineage of work done by me was colossal. From gathering and analyzing momentous information of the myriad problems that the area was divulged in, formulating and crafting schemes for the betterment of the citizens and areas to intertwining these successfully at the grassroots level, I helped imbed a culture of excellence across all verticals of National Nutrition Mission. I have proved my association to be instrumental in a smooth and effective implementation of the scheme by closely working with all the district officials and have received letter of appreciations from senior officials of the district.
Was compelling involved in lending support to the district authorities in the SVEEP (Systematic Voter’s Education and Electoral Participation) campaign that was conceptualized with the aim of bringing forth voter awareness and rights.
Procured CSR funds and untied funds from District Magistrate for various innovations. Was in charge of the resurrection of an AWC as part of the AWC project in collaboration with Compartment S4 (Architect firm in Ahmedabad) and local authorities in the area.
My team of 2891 AWWs, 3047 AWHs, 85 Lady Supervisors and 11 CDPOs for the National Nutrition Mission provided unprecedented benefits to around 3 lakh beneficiaries where as head of the team my roles involved intertwining all responsibilities on a day to day basis.
Successfully implemented PoshanMaah (September) and PoshanPakhwada (March) by organising Jan Andolan activities in Haridwar district. These schemes were taken to the echelon of traction by recording an exhilarating footfall of 2, 30,878 people which included the handling of 3,167 Anganwadi Centres and 331 Panchayats.
Managed and allocated funds of National Nutrition Mission to various activities. Played a decisive role in the rollout of ICDS-CAS component of the programme which monitored 3,167 AWWs using my area of expertise that dwelled n human resource management, capacity building and data handling skill set.

As Director of Operations, Working with the Grey Chain Technology team was a great experience full of challenges and new learnings while building a broad business network. Also, I worked as a consultant with Juniper Networks. I worked with the Juniper Networks Security and Switching Product Team (SSPT). Developing features for the EX-4300 switch using Python and Robot framework. The features were scripted with the aim to optimize the run time of the switches.
During my tenure we also ported various old scripts written in pearl language into the new framework. This helped me understand the application of the framework in various existing and upcoming scripts and also optimized implementation of the framework supplementing maximum usage of the framework .
