Professional Experience: |
I have worked in the fields of rural education & school WASH under child rights, community health & HIV/AIDS, livelihood, participatory local self Governance & Women empowerment and CBDRR, in various action projects for more than a decade both in costal and tribal pockets of Odisha. As I have worked in action oriented projects as well as in district resource centre and intervened in integrated manner, I have some knowledge on major thematic areas. I have sound knowledge on log frame and have working experience in project planning, budgeting, monitoring. I am having reporting skill including development of concept papers, case studies & success stories, PCR, MPR and QPR etc and have rich experience in imparting training.
And I believe that the documentation specialist should have prior knowledge on project deliverables & understanding on ultimate result that the project is going to contribute, project outputs/ intended result or what will be accomplished at various stages during life of a project and the positive changes, indicators/OVI- Quantitative & qualitative aspects to measure the progress and MoV to assess the progress against the indicators & their sources because it is the positive changes that should be documented during project cycle. I have also experience to work with key government players/service providing agencies on identified issues/topics for bridging the gaps & achieving the program goal.

I have done my Graduation with Pol. Science Hon and pased with 2nd division. I'm also a Law graduate. It Is very helpful to analyze the objective & legal implications of Government policies/Laws/enactments meant for the target community. Both Pol. Science & Law hepls me to engage in right based approach and work for disadvantaged section in ensurin child rights, empowering women, getting forest land rights under FRA & right to work under MGNREGA, making aware on UNCRC, CEDAW, 73rd & 74th CAAs, & PESA-1996, information under RTI & strengthening PRIs. I am having degree- MA in Sociology which is suitable for development sector.
I have also done 1 year PG Diploma in JMC under IGNOU.
