Training the Service Advisor's for Volkswagen Group- Service Advisor Talent Program (VG-SATP).

- To build the capacity of teams deployed at YES Kendras and periodically train and support staff with knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to achieve the desired targets- registration, assessment, counseling, training, placements and monitoring of candidates
