- To develop a methodology for demand and supply mapping and delineation of clusters of businesses to enable prioritized and focused actions for employment and apprenticeship promotion through NAPS
- To review the activities of YES Kendras & periodic monitoring of reports, proceedings from review meetings and field visits to all the YES Kendras across Karnataka
- To examine the Private sector onboarding strategy under Kaushalya Karnataka initiative.
- To build the capacity of teams deployed at YES Kendras and periodically train and support staff with knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to achieve the desired targets- registration, assessment, counseling, training, placements and monitoring of candidates
- Good practices and lessons learnt are documented at district level


Education:
M.B.A in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Sikkim Manipal University Bengaluru

B.E in Mechanical Engineering from BTLIT Bengaluru. (VTU)
