Manage Nurses Education Program (NEP) - European CME-CPD Academy accredited course
to train nurses pan India to improve the care of patients with Heart Failure, an initiative by
Novartis.
Ø Lead a team of nurse educators pan India in the execution of the Novartis initiative
Ø Manage end to end operations, staff recruitment, SPOC for the Client interface, w.r.t
operations from initiation to completion of the project.
Ø Participation in various conferences, CMEs for doctors, to interact and share ideas on the
ongoing project and develop a relation with doctors.Adhering to timelines, meeting the MSA with ADHOC requirements from client,
Ø Interacting with different stakeholders to understand and providing a solution for the same
Ø Conducting weekly reviews with internal & external stakeholders to understand the team
requirements & ground realities, brainstorm solutions and execution of the same.
Training & Quality
Ø Train the internal team across various patient support programs initiated by Novartis in
heart failure, diabetes, asthma, tumors, retinal disorders & transplant (Mechanism of Action,
Mechanism of Disease, Pathophysiology of Disease) through face to face sessions &
webinars.
Ø Manage audit readiness, quality, and compliance to ensure deliverables are accurate,
transparent, of high quality, and in compliance with internal/external guidance/regulation.
Ø Hygiene check of the CRM tool (Optimax) where all patient data is maintained.

Assist in development, review, and/or approval of promotional materials and activities for
pharmaceutical clients.
