Tasked with designing banking products that are in line with market trends, banking regulations and aligned to the latest customer expectations and needs. Further also streamline processes and design standard operating procedures that utilize technology to deliver superior value to the end customer and reduce costs incurred to the organisation. Responsibilities also include portfolio maintenance, product enhancements and analyzing data to develop strategies for the bank's growth strategy. My experience so far has taught me a lot on the way a private sector bank functions and has given a broader perspective into the BFSI sector. As a result of managing the Retail Liabilities side of the business I have a better understanding of the potential and challenges faced for universal financial inclusion. Going forward however, I would like to commit my dedication and efforts to an organisation providing impact on a large scale, for the people and issues that matter.

I completed by post graduate MBA degree in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong in 2017 and have since been working as a Product Manager at a leading private sector bank in Mumbai. I completed my undergraduate studies in Economics from Delhi University in 2014. I have garnered a significant emotional and intellectual leaning towards understanding the efficacy of strategies in the fields of development economics and environmental economics. These areas I think are of prime importance in tackling the issues of bringing equitable growth opportunities for all sections of our resource-constrained society, and will be more so in the future. I want to commit to opportunities for Private Enterprise and Governments across the world to develop synergies to tackle Poverty Eradication and adopting a more localized and sensitive approach to understanding the uncertainties in the lives of the poor in different cultural contexts. The poor are capable and entrepreneurial; the problem is of information asymmetry, accessibility and affordability of these basic services, which are basic rights of the citizens of the modern world.
