I am commerce graduate who has also done diploma on Project management from Narsimonjee University. I am also an ILO certified entrepreneurship coach.

Affiliations and Achievements: |
1. The only nominated and sponsored member of my organisation to attend the prestigious (residential) program by International Labour Organisation (ILO) on entrepreneurship named Start & Improve Your own Business (SIYB).
2. Certified entrepreneurship coach (by ILO)
3. Headed a training project under Star (AASCI), training 3000 tea plantation worker with minimal education. Received an appreciation certificate from tea board on having a 97% pass ratio.
4. In my last organisation, 5 beneficiaries from my zone who were personally trained by my team under my supervision, were selected to meet the president and Rashtrapati Bhawan and also deliver a small speech describing their journey. They delivered the same at the presidential hall to the honourable President of India and other dignitaries.
5. I was a part of creating and launching a brand named Zivakara, which is an online portal for textile product. These textile products were done by groups who were formed, trained and mentored by my team and me. The entire training and development of this group and managing production operations was lead by me.
