Professional Experience: |
During my 1 year of experience in IL&FS Education & Technology Services Ltd., I have learned and developed the skill of stitching the academic knowledge to the real world research practices. I have been the first member of the Research/Impact unit of the company. Thus, I had the opportunity to conceptualize the framework of our Learning assessments &Research group.
Till date I have designed research framework (baseline & impact), tools for data collection, conducting training for the personnel collecting data & generating impact reports of government project impacting 169 to 2000+ schools in the
state of West Bengal.With my intermediate skills in excel I have managed to analyze a large data set of users accessing the online study platform ‘GENEO’, an IL&FS initiate. My understanding of educational theories have
helped in converting these large quantitative data sets into meaning learning curve of individual GENEO
users, thus contributing in development of GENEO as a more personalized learning platform for
students. In order to identify needs of the users, I have conducted telephonic interviews with student and
parents to understand, role and relevance of an online platform in their lives, the requirements from a
learning platform and the brand position in comparison to other similar learning platforms
