Working as a social development professional for 11 years, with five years in the capacity of Project Director. One year Executive Management course from IIM Lucknow has helped me to enhance my skills in management of functional areas in NGOs like finance and accounting, Strategic Management, Operations etc. Successfully completed a three months course in – Participatory techniques in Monitoring and Evaluation , from PRIA. I have good knowledge of development issues, and have following skills to offer.
Leadership roles: Led the SGSY program as Director Partnerships in YES and Education programs as Project Director in ABHA.
