I was most recently employed as Research Assistant on a short term contract basis with TISS Mumbai for a state government project in Gujarat. The research set up under District Mineral Foundation of Gujarat government involved regular field visits to the mining affected villages. Apart from field assessment, I was also responsible for gathering first hand-data information and conceptualization of feasible working solutions for village development.

It has also helped me with understanding peace mechanism, human rights network and role of gender equality in stabilising the society.
