Professional Experience:

I am a monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL) and development communications professional with 12+ years of experience designing and delivering evidence-driven programmes and knowledge products across India and multi-country contexts. My technical work spans the full MEL cycle—supporting business development through the preparation of technical and financial proposals; designing robust evaluation and research methodologies using frameworks such as Theory of Change, Logical Framework Approach, Results-Based Management, Sustainable Livelihoods Framework and OECD-DAC criteria; and leading mixed-methods research across sectors including education, agriculture, public health, gender and child protection. I have extensive hands-on experience in tool and indicator development, sampling and data collection planning, training enumerators and teams, and conducting qualitative research (in-depth interviews, key informant interviews, focus group discussions) alongside quantitative analysis. I work comfortably with data cleaning, synthesis and interpretation, and use analytical tools such as Excel, Stata and qualitative coding software to generate credible findings and actionable insights.

In addition to research and evaluation, I bring strong program management and delivery capability. I manage workplans, timelines and budgets, coordinate multi-stakeholder engagements, and ensure quality assurance of deliverables under tight deadlines. I have experience supervising and mentoring teams, coordinating field operations, and working across time zones and diverse partner ecosystems. A key part of my technical contribution is translating evidence into clear, usable outputs for decision-makers and stakeholders. I routinely produce high-quality deliverables such as inception reports, evaluation reports, impact assessment reports, learning briefs, case studies, presentations and policy-oriented synthesis notes. I also support knowledge management by identifying best practices and lessons learned, developing dissemination plans, and contributing to internal knowledge sharing and capacity building.

My work includes a strong communications and knowledge-product dimension, enabling evidence to travel beyond reports into public-facing and stakeholder-ready formats. I have developed and edited communication materials such as brochures, newsletters, briefs, job aids and documentation of best practices, and contributed to digital and multimedia knowledge products including scripts, storyboards, explainer content, training materials and webinar/event communication assets. I am experienced in formatting, copy-editing and document design to ensure clarity, consistency and professional presentation. Overall, I combine analytical rigor with practical implementation experience—supporting programmes from design and measurement through learning, communication, and adaptive decision-making—while maintaining a strong focus on quality, stakeholder relevance and results.

Education:

I did my master in Ecology and Environment science.
Ecology is the scientific analysis and study of interactions among organisms and their environment. Ecology as a science plays an important role in our understanding of various ecosystems. It is an interdisciplinary field that includes both biology and earth science, but is a separate area of study from environmentalism, natural history, and environmental science.

Environmental science focuses on the interactions between the physical, chemical, and biological components of the environment, including their effects on all types of organisms. To many people, environmental science specifically refers to the impact of humans on the environment.
Some of the key issues studied under this subjects are
1. Life processes, interactions and adaptations of a specific species
2. The influence of environment factors on populations of organisms
3. Progression of changes in ecosystems
4. The abundance and distribution of organisms in an environment
5. Biodiversity within an ecosystem
6. How urban areas drive environmental change
7. Material demands of production and human
consumption on biodiversity
8. The impact of local environmental changes at the global level
9. Changes in environment over long periods
10. Effects of human populations on specific ecosystems
11. Impact of climate change on livelihood & food security
12. Sustainability studies
