? Monitoring proper utilization of Central and State fund at the grassroot level and Evaluating the implementation of various activities as per the guideline of the Project. ? Planning and implementing the business continuity plans for administration and recruiting manpower and staffs for ensuring smooth executions of the business operations. ? Overseeing optimum and effective utilization of funds and resources in providing congenial work environment. ? Responsible for handling the Office Administration and handling the flow of Office Stationary and Materials. ? Handling advocacy with Government and other Government forums and subject experts. ? Organising events in relevant government forums for addressing and identifying new opportunities and liaising with Govt. Agencies, NGOs and Private Service Providers between donor and community. ? Conducting inspection of raw material, machined components & bought out items and maintaining weekly reports. ? Analyzing existing processes / procedures; conducting analysis for finding out shortcomings and suggesting improvements measures effectively. ? Monitoring quality systems & compliance with pre set standards; troubleshooting and maintaining requisite documents to ensure complete in-process quality & improvement in process capabilities.

Masters in Economics from Vidyasagar University with 59.67% of Marks. Have done PGDCA from RCC (Jadavpur University) with 60% of Marks. Have done Diploma in Business Management from ICFAI University with 61% of Marks

? To facilitate the communication and information flow between the GSs, GPs and DCUs. ? To facilitate GPs for ensuring transparency and accountability. ? To provide support for performance assessment and quality assurance initiatives under the ISGP project. ? To establish and maintain effective coordination with the offices of PS/Block Development Officer, Sub-Divisional Officer and other offices as may be necessary for effective implementation of the ISGP project. ? Any other tasks to be assigned for effective implementation of the ISGP project or Plan Plus or any other programme/project/activity under the Department of Panchayats & Rural Development or WBSRDA .
