Professional Experience: |
Currently I am working as an Associate Consultant for a Mumbai based PMC, and deputed as a planning engineer for a Greenfield cement plant project in Nepal. My key responsibilities include preparing Daily Progress report, Monthly Reports, Tracking any Critical Site Issues, Analysis of Delay etc.
Prior to deputation I was posted in Mumbai HO, where I aided the Senior Team in Preparing TEFR's and Due-Diligence Reports for upcoming Cement Units and Debt-Laden Cement Plants respectively.
I have been working with clients like Ambuja Cements, Emami Cements,JSW etc and Financial Institutes like JM Financial, True North, ACRE etc.
I have knowledge on preparing CAPEX and OPEX Sheets and Calculating IRR and NPV's for projects.
I have also worked on Road Projects, preparing BOQ's for Bridges, Culverts, minor brodges, ROB's/RUB's/VUB's etc.

Graduated Master's in Construction Management from BVB's Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Andheri, in July 2017.
The course included subjects ranging from Management Theory, Basic Accounting and Legal Aspects, Advance Construction Technologies, Statics and Quantitative Techniques.
Development of new heuristics rules for resource allocation using Microsoft Project and Matlab software was the main subject of my thesis study.
