•Create expansion plans for new branch opening as per agreed targets.

Perform broad range of process engineering technology assignments
Plan and conduct work in evaluation, selection and application of standard process engineering techniques, procedures and criteria.
Proactively communicate with team on implementation of outcomes of safety studies & audits (HAZOP, VSAP audits,
internal audits etc.)
To conduct necessary environment studies at all the sites.
To develop periodic internal MIS reports and updates to share with top management regarding safety & environment.
Incident management including near miss/ incident/ accident reporting and its RCA with suitable recommendation to avoid
re-occurrence.
Act according to the Safety & Environment standards for logistics and material handling.
Inventory management and warehouse management, Inbound/outbound logistics.
Process planning and maintenance, Production data entry on SAP-PP, purchase requisition initiation on SAP-MM.
Identifying the CSR activities and organizing the skill development sessions to build the brand in nearby villages.
Other duties as assigned.

After which i have completed my post graduation in Development Management from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal. And presently working with microfinance organization from past 1 year post qualification.
