Professional Experience:
I am a Social Work Professional in Development sector since 2004 with Senior level engagement in project/programme management and experience of working with children, youth, women in the area of health, Education, child protection and community empowerment in close coordination with government departments. My expertise lies in project/programme/operational design, documentation, Monitoring/evaluation/ and training.

I worked with the following Development organisation namely
1. Youth Council for Development Alternatives (YCDA),
2. Cure International India Trust (CIIT),
3. Help A Child of India (HACI),
4. Community Contextual Communication Center (CCCC),
5. Center for Dalit/Subaltern Studies (CDS)
6. Church of North India (CNI) and
7. Dalit Solidarity Peoples (DSP)

In all these years I have worked mainly with children in a right based approach in both homogeneous & heterogeneous communities in urban slums of South Delhi and very poor and vulnerable tribal other vulnerable in the interior part of Koraput and Boudh district of Odisha. I have following major child development project-based experience:

• YCDA: currently working in this child rights-based organisations with sponsorship approach with extremely vulnerable children in close coordination with District administration.

• CIIT: 2 years managed the state level project of disability caused by Clubfoot (CTEV) in Cure International India in partnership with Government of Odisha and worked with over 500 clubfoot children in 3 Medical Colleges and 2 District hospitals.

• HACI: 9 Months coordinated the Child-Centred Community Development child sponsorship Project through Day Care Centres in Interior Tribal villages of Koraput (Odisha).

• CCCC: 6.5 years facilitated the Child Centred Community Development Organisation project through Day Care Centres in Slums of Delhi

Highlights of my key Skills and Qualifications:
• Master of Social Work (MSW) from Pune University, 2006 and Advance Diploma in Computer Application
• Government relations and Networking at state level: - Advocacy, Reporting, Coordination, Review and Planning with Govt. Principal/Special Secretary of H&FW dept. and WCD & DDRC, NRHM, DFW and Government Hospital Dean and Superintendent and CMOs of District Headquarter Hospitals and coordination with RBSK programme and Hospital Managers.
• Development of team along with monthly staff meeting and designing monthly plan of action.
• Represented my organization in Chiang Mai (Thailand) in an international seminar
• Able to handle responsibilities independently as well as with the team
• Have the experience of supporting in designing project/proposals
• Experience of overall monitoring, evaluation and planning of development projects
• Handled social development library of more than 3000 books.
• Well-versed in handling computer specially WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, Internet and Email and social media
