Professional Experience:

• Training of Trainers (ToT)– “DO NO HARM” approach organized by LCP South Asian Networks. It was conducted on the basis of the training approach of the collaborative for Development Action from Cambridge, USA. (2008)
• International Training on Non violence in the context of war or armed conflict, from KURVE, WUSTROW, GERMANY in July 2011.
• Trained on “Conflict Transformation & Peace Building in Disaster Management by The Jamshedji Tata Centre for Disaster Management, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, 2010
• Gender (ToT): South Asia Regional Workshop on Gender, Diversity & Development at Visthar, Bangalore, 2009
• ISABS Basic Lab: Underwent training on Basic laboratory on Human Process in Jamshedpur 2005.
• Social analysis workshop in Bangladesh organized by Institute for Social Democracy in December, 2010.
• Participated in Janadesh campaign culminated on Land Reforms to reflect on the Terms of Reference on Land reforms. (2008)

Affiliations and Achievements:

Have done a Research on the Government Scheme in Maharashtra called "Mahatma Gandhi Tanta Mukti Abhiyan" in sangli district Maharashtra for my Dissertation. During that interviewed the Suprientendent of Police (SP), DSP, Women Cell Police, Peace Committee members of Sangli District.
