- Leading research and capacity building work on Land Value Capture (LVC), Transit Oriented Development (TOD) and Impact of mass transit on residential neighbourhoods in Delhi.
- Authored various research pieces, manuals, blogs and articles on subjects of urban planning, TOD and Affordable Housing.
- Conducted various capacity building workshops under MoHUA's AMRUT program and for developer sector.
