Professional Experience:

I commenced my career with the Antaranga Society for Social and Economic Development, Kolkata, as an Evaluator and Teaching Resource Person following my post-graduation. I then served as a Consultant Facilitator for Prayasam’s ONTRACK program, focusing on capacity building for Kolkata's urban marginalized youth, equipping them with professional and soft skills to enhance employability.
Additionally, I contributed to the Mahindra Group’s Pride Classroom program as a Soft Skill Trainer, empowering youth from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds with training to improve their employability. In 2019, I joined Aangan Trust as a Training and Impact Associate, working on child protection in the child harm hotspots of Pakur District, Jharkhand. My role included facilitating training for project partners, monitoring and evaluating program implementation, and collaborating with government officials to strengthen child protection systems. In 2023, I was promoted to Senior Program Associate and now oversee projects across three districts in Jharkhand as Senior Manager.
I also have 2 years of experience as a Feature Edit Support Executive at ABP Pvt Ltd.

Affiliations and Achievements:

One of my most meaningful achievements has been my growth within Aangan over the past six years, marked by two promotions that reflect the organization's trust in my capabilities. Each step forward has affirmed my commitment to child protection, consistent results, and deep-rooted engagement with the field.

In 2021, Aangan launched a project to establish toll-free warmlines across 900 slums and villages in six states, including Jharkhand—creating a safe, accessible space for underprivileged adolescents to share their concerns, anxieties, and grief. Out of 20–25 core team members, I was selected—alongside our Chief Operating Officer—to represent the project’s vision in a national print media interview. This selection, rooted in the leadership's belief in my ability to accurately and powerfully articulate our mission, remains a milestone moment in my journey.

More recently, I had the opportunity to weave a ground story of transformation and resilience for a storytelling competition. The narrative, rooted in field experiences from child harm hotspots, was honoured as the winning entry—an understated yet powerful recognition of the unseen shifts we collectively drive on the ground.
