Senior Research Manager (November 2015 till date) Project Management
Ensuring project completion from start to finish. Co-ordinating with multiple teams for timely completion of the study.
Developing strategies for on-going projects and have the most efficient use of resources. Managing CSR portfolio: Responsible for managing interaction with the ground partners across geographies. Understanding and efficiently managing project costs, preparation of evaluation and monitoring plans, managing teams, quality review and management reporting. Developing strategies and way forward for the CSR programmes.
Project Manager for documentation, costing and testing the research methods and norms Strategy and Tactical Approach
Instrumental in developing future strategies with regards to ongoing programmes or future programmes. o Identifying gaps in the programme and providing solutions to bridge these gaps with best potential output. Developing programme specific tactical recommendations helping the programme expand the study horizon.
