Over 5 years of experience and Hands-on training in the field of Public Health and Community Medicine. I have been involved in implementation of Universal Immunization Programme, IDSP, RNTCP, etc. alongwith capacity Building of health care professionals (ASHA, ANMs) and Medical students (Undergraduate and Postgraduate); In addition to this, I gained experience in conducting research studies and training of research staff during my tenure as Senior Research Officer in Translational Health Science & Technology Institute (THSTI); Apart from this, I have been involved in implementation and monitoring of Comprehensive Primary Health Care while working for National Health Systems Resource Centre, MoHFW, Govt. of India. I have also participated in the 12th Common Review Mission for monitoring the implementation of the National Health Mission. Currently working in the field of Drug Resistant TB with an international humanitarian organisation (Médecins Sans Frontières).
I have received knowledge and training with a vision to develop a competent professional having skills and abilities to evolve innovative health policies and programs for community development at regional and national level.
