Professional Experience:
Over the past two-plus years, I have worked at TRIFED as a senior program executive and a program associate. During my time with TRIFED, My work included livelihood development schemes for tribal welfare in the state of Kerala. As the Senior Program Executive, in that position, I was responsible for Proposal creation, Coordination, Monitoring, and evaluation of the Schemes of the Ministry of tribal affairs which is implemented in the State of Kerala. In this opportunity, I coordinated with Central, state, and District level stakeholders and officials for the effective implementation of the scheme. This position also includes conducting advocacy meetings, training, follow-up meetings, report preparation, and presentations. As a State in charge of the program, my responsibility includes supervising the welfare schemes implemented in different districts in the whole state of Kerala.

Conducting quantitative interviews, follow-ups, and report preparation was my main responsibility as a research associate at MalabarCancer Center. As a research assistant at the Child development center, Trivandrum my responsibilities include, Conducting in-depth interviews with stakeholders of the project KAP survey at the field level and Transcription and translating data collected for the project "Evaluation of welfare schemes implemented at Attappady under women and child development department, Government of Kerala.

Coordinating with the 3 block coordinators and 13 field staff for the effective implementation of the child survival intervention program under UNICEF, at Attappady, Kerala.

Education:
Completed My Masters in Social Work, Specialized in Rural And Urban Community Development, Don Bosco College – Wayanad under Calicut university. My Syllabus included Sociology and Economics for Social Work, Human Growth and Development, Professional Skills for Social Workers, Community organization and Social Action, Participatory Project Planning and Training, Rural Community Development and Governance, Urban Community Development and Governance, Social Work with Gender Issues, Environmental Studies, and Disaster Management, etc...

•Attended one-month competency training conducted by the department of social work, Don Bosco Collage Sulthan Bathery.
•Dissertation on the topic of "a study on the awareness level of parents regarding giving vaccination to children below the age of 15" in Sulathan Bathery municipality.
