I have managed several community development projects and programmes with major focus on environment sustainability, climate change, natural resource management, institution development, local governance, basic need fulfillment, Disaster Management, Public Health, WASH and livelihood security. I have gained capacity to handle large number of projects supported by Government Agencies like GoI, NABARD, DEST as well as by Foundations, CSR companies and Multilateral Organizations like IKEA Foundation, AIF, Jocknick Foundation, Commonwealth Foundation, HSBC, La Caixa Banking Foundations, UNDP etc. During my employment tenure I have worked closely with several development professionals, government officials, research organizations, financial institutions, national level NGOs and a huge community network including women Self Help Groups, Federation, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), youth clubs and PRIs. I have acquired vast exposure from field through my direct engagement in project activities and have the ability to capitalize field learning into reports, articles, presentations, publications, case stories, blogs etc.

I have completed M Phil in Environment Science from Jadavpur University with 1st Class degree (74.5%). Previously I have done M Sc from Vidyasagar University in Environmental Science with 1st Class degree (64.3%). My graduation degree was with Chemistry Hons. from Calcutta University with 2nd Class degree (53.1%). I have also possessed a technical degree in Computer Application with a Post Diploma degree with 1st Division (80.3%).
