Started my career with a development organization working on various key development issues. The Tsunami in 2004 which hit the coastal southern states of India brought a change in Career as I moved into the humanitarian field and has been continuing in the filed since 2006. Currently, working for a UK based funding coordination agency based in New Delhi as a Manager - Programs.
Education:
Have completed my Master's in Economics and have attended training organized by renowned organization/ institution such as KKID, IRMA, WBI, WHO, Trinity University of Asia, Harvard University, Sphere International, HAP International on several key subjects and topics related to my carreer. Holding a PG Diploma in Computer Applications.
Affiliations and Achievements:
Participated in the one of the Core group meetings which was finalizing the country's disaster management policy.

Participated in the Core Humanitarian Alliance launch event held in Kenya and contributed in policy discussions.

Participated in the Global Tsunami Planning and Review meeting held in Geneva, Switzerland.

NLP coach at the Only Success Private Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Key facilitator for a week long workshop on PME in Disaster Management in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Participated in the Summer International Partnership for Service-Learning Program organized by the Summer In- ternational Partnership for Service-Learning, New York, Henry Luce Foundation and Trinity College of Quezon City (TCQC) at TCQC in Philippines (June 27th to August 20th 1999).

Jointly designed a disaster resilient school for Philippines in the after math of Typhoon Haiyan and got the first prize in a global competition.
