Assisting district collector by providing coordination, management and monitoring support to the district administration for the effective implementation of Swach Bharat Mission (G).
• Provided support for developing a training and capacity building plan, with a focus on Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) approach to various stakeholders and oversee implementation of the same
• Provided support for development and roll out of the Social Behavioral Change Communication (SBCC) strategy, with a focus on sanitation & personal hygiene issues.
• Monitored, analyzed and ensured updation of Management Information System (MIS) data and supported in developing a decision support mechanism by eliminating gap of data mismatch between MIS and field.
• Achieved 90 % Aadhar Mapping of beneficiaries in MIS entries in 2017-18 financial year. Kanchipuram is the only district which has achieved more than 90 % Aadhar mapping in Tamil Nadu.

Worked as a consultant to 5 public school headmasters and 30 teachers to improve educational leadership by delivering personalized programs for inclusive school change, demonstration, facilitation and execution of participatory planned activities at the school and classroom level impacting lives of 500 students.
• Designed and implemented a one month internship, wherein five young dynamic professionals from top universities across India stayed in rural villages of Churu and worked with headmasters and teachers to improve the student learning outcome.
• Collected and analyzed base line tests of 35 government schools and made data based interventions to improve student learning outcomes.
