I have started my career as a medical professional in Armed Forces after perusing MBBS in 1984. Thereafter served at various locations and appointments dealing with command / Senior superintendent/superintendent of hospitals from 45-699 bedded military hospitals. In addition involved with recruitment and selection of candidates for Army and Navy. Also revived, commanded & trained MBBS students for NCC at MLN Medical College Allahabad. As National head of Ex-Servicemen Contribution Health Scheme (ECHS) have conceptualized, planned, executed and smoothly executing the entire scheme which is one of the largest healthcare assurance scheme in the world providing medical services to approx 54 lakh beneficiaries PAN India and Nepal. Also working in tandem with NITI Aayog for formulating concepts of Aayshman Bharat scheme.

Academically active being ex faculty for PG Diploma In Hospital and Healthcare Management(IGNOU), Indian Institute of Modern Management (IIMM), Pune and for Physical Anthropology at Allahabad University.
Organised National level CME at the Karu,Leh on"Life Style Diseases at High Altitude (Highland Panacea)". The CME was approved, supported and participated by WHO, MoHFW,MCI, ICMR, DRDO Min of Defence and National Institute of Nutrition, Hyderabad India. Renowned Corporate hospitals inclusive of Medanta The Medicity,Max and Apollo hospital also participated.
Organised Phaco-emulcification Eye surgery camp at highest altitude in Tangtse(Leh) in October 2011.
Presented papers in International & National conference.
Successfully completed a certificate course in Financial Management for Officers from Vitta Evan Lekha Prsashikshan Sansthan Lucknow Uttar Pradesh.
Achieved 30th all India rank in Law appetite test conducted by Patiala University in 2008.
