Summary:
Electronics engineer turned into a development professional with keen interest in livelihood and education sector with 9.5 years of experience in IT (Datawarehousing), rural development, agriculture, education and livelihood and skill education sectors. Extremely competent in handling large scale government projects, planning, team management, trainings and implementation.
Deep understanding of government and bureaucratic systems. Adept at networking and working with people. Effectively worked with high ranking bureaucrats, district collectors as well as ministers at policy-making level.
Successfully handled projects in various geographic locations like Jammu and Kashmir, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Karnataka. Research interest in development related news coverage in media and street level bureaucracy. Worked at senior managerial positions also seasoned in the field work.

1. Program Officer at Lend A Hand India (2018-2020)- Worked at senior managerial position- reported directly to Director, Strategy and Co-Founders. Headed teams of Project Management Units in Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka, Jammu and Kashmir under partnerships with State Education Department.
2. Prime Minister’s Rural Development Fellow (PMRDF) under Ministry of Rural Development.-3 years (2014-2017) in Jammu and Kashmir. Worked as a think tank to District Collectors, was appointed as special aid to Minister for Education in the state of J&K.
3. Business Intelligence Developer on IBM-COGNOS reporting tool, Programmer Analyst ETL Infomatica Tool Cognizant Technology Solutions Pvt. ltd- 2 years. (2009-2011) (On campus placement)
4. Feature writer at newspaper, INDIAN EXPRESS, Pune edition as an intern.
