I am a policy advocacy professional, working in the capacity of Assistant Manager- Public Affairs & Policy Advocacy in a public affairs consultancy firm (SPAG Asia) in Gurgaon.
A significant part of my work responsibilities includes strategic advocacy planning, government relations, stakeholder mapping and engagement, policy tracking and analysis, intelligence gathering and message framework development. I have been credited with authoring whitepapers, consultation papers, research reports, industry recommendations and policy briefs (external and internal).
Highly adaptable and flexible, with a successful track record of working independently or in a team environment. Portfolio of clients worked so far include Bridgespan Group, AdvaMed, Vital Strategies, Girl Effect and Health Issues India.

Since early adolescence till undergraduate studies, my volunteering stints have exposed me to opportunities for working on important developmental challenges like education, health & livelihood generation. Moving ahead in college, I took up more intricate roles, which involved solving social issues with technical expertise. Some examples include - developing inter-disciplinary innovative curriculums for children enrolled in NSS education programme, and designing outreach strategies to generate resources for several social activities of NSS.
With an undergraduate degree in Chemistry (Hansraj College, University of Delhi), I have pursued my Masters in Public Policy from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru.

Furthermore, I co-authored a research paper on “Regulation of Medical Devices in India”, which I presented at the 2nd International Conference on Advances in Health Care Management at IIM, Ahmedabad. Additionally, I have over 2 months of fieldwork experience in association with SCOPE Trichy and Centre for Child and Law, NLSIU, Bengaluru.
During my post-graduation, I've also worked in the Public Relations Team for the MPP programme, where I was responsible for coordinating all the PR activities for placements and handling the Twitter handle of the course.
