Professional Experience: |
1. At CESS (Centre for economic and social studies) I have to assess the effect of SHGs on various dimensions such as financial management, organizational effectiveness and Human resource and analyzing the impact assessment of Andhra Pradesh Rural Poverty Reduction Project and Andhra Pradesh Urban Poverty Reduction Program.
2. At IPE (Institute Of Public Enterprise) I did research on TS-IPASS(Telangana State Industrial Project Approval & Self Certification System). For that I have to visit and retrieve information’s from various government departments such as State Pollution Control Board, Commissioner of Industries and Commerce, Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TSSPDCL), Telangana State Northern Power Distribution Company Limited (TSNPDCL), Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited, Telangana State Disaster Response and Fire Services Department, Registrations & Stamps (R&S) Department, Panchayati Raj & Rural Development (PR & RD), Law Department, Labour Department, Kakatiya Urban Development Authority (KUDA), Irrigation Department, Hyderabad Metropolotal Water Supply & Sewerage Board (HMWSSB), Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), Ground Water Department (GW), Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Forest Department, Factories Department, Drugs Control Administration (DCA), Directorate of Town & Country Planning, Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration (CDMA), Commercial Taxes Department, Chief Electrical Inspector to Government (CEIG), Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (LA), Boilers Department. It was done to calculate the effects of TS-IPASS on various industrial sectors as well as on the investors of the state .
3. At ASCI (Administrative Staff College Of India ) I helped the Institute in the construction of Manual given by DARPG(Department of Administrative Reform and Public Grievances). For that I visited various departments in Delhi such as Department of personal and Training, Department of Economic Affairs, Department of home affairs (Finance and Co-ordination), Soochna Bhawan, Krishi Bhawan-Basic Plan3 section, Animal Husbandry, Sugar Policy Section and Department of Transport and I gathered details on Modernization of offices, E-office and Sevottam.

1. Organization – Center for Economic Policy Finance Asian Development Research Institute (ADRI)
(10th Dec to 29th Dec 2014)
Project- Power Sector of Bihar
•Analyzing the Current distribution of power in Bihar. Reviewed data regarding how the Additional Power is going to help the state.
•Collected data and reports from BSEB (Bihar State Electricity Board) on consumption of electricity across Bihar.
•Distribution loses, poor connectivity, low availability of capital and poor infrastructure was analyzed.
•Low Collection of Revenues was assessed causing financial losses to the BSEB.
•New opportunities like bio gas fossil fuel, wind energy and solar energy are freely available for the state.
•Details of the newly formed government organisation by the state government were gathered and assessed.
•Shared the Report with the organization on the progress and results of the project.
2. Organization- Bihar State Planning Board (19th May to 3rd July 2014)
Project – Industrial Policy and incentives
•Types of economic incentives given by different states in India to promote investments.
•Policies of Bihar, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat were observed.
•Monitored, evaluated and reviewed the incentives affecting the industrial policy of different states.
•Understanding the budget distribution of the government and its effect on the industrial policy state wise.
•Long and short term strategies was compared and evaluated in detail with findings.
•Quantifying the costs and benefits of the project, calculating an appropriate rate of return and investment level.
3. Organization- Ceylon Tobacco Company PLC
Department- Corporate and Regulatory Affair
(2nd May 2011 to 7th June 2011)
Project- Researching the corporate houses which were a part of the Corporate Social Responsibility in Srilanka and India and Market research of the Cigarettes in Srilanka.
•Collecting, analyzing and storing the data in detail of the corporate houses and there various social responsibilities.
•Identifying the information, sourcing data, collating, validating and analyzing data for the economic impact from the study booklet.
•Exposure to Primary/Secondary manufacturing processes through the factory visits. Learned the art and process of making cigarettes starting from tobacco leaves.
•On field Market Research of demand and supply chain of cigarettes in the famous “Pettah Market” of Colombo. Met international traders and local vendors running the chain.
•Identified the gap between the highest and the lowest consumed product and the reason behind the difference. Quality improvement methodology was suggested.
•Experienced the storage process of the warehouse/godown processes.
