Presently working as City Mission Manager, Social Development & Infrastructure under West Bengal State Urban Livelihoods Mission posted at South Dum Dum Municipality, Kolkata, West Bengal for 1 year & 7 months (running).
Mobilizing the urban poor women into Ward-wise SHGs, Capacity building & training to the concerned SHG members around membership, leadership, voluntary participation & books of accounts, maintaining regular co-ordination with bank officials for financial inclusion issues & self employment programme of individuals as well as of SHGs, mobilising SHG members into Ward-wise Area Level Federations & then into City based City Level Federation, Capacity Building of SHG leaders around governance & citizenship & gender issues. Beside that also handling the components like Self Employment Programme (Individual) & Employment through Skill Training & Placement.
Before that I worked as an Executive in Professional Assistance for Development Action (PRADAN), Kashipur block (Purulia district for 4 years and 3 months) [As Development Apprentice 1 year & as Executive 3 years 3 months) and Ranibandh block (Bankura district for 1 year).

I have completed Post Graduation in Economics with specialisation in Econometrics from Banaras Hindu University.(CGPA 7.7)
Before that I had completed Graduation with Hons in Economics from Scottish Chursh College Calcutta under the umbrella of University of Calcutta.(score = 52.6%)
I had done my schooling from Hindu School Kolkata under West Bengal Board with first division scores in 10th & 12th board exams. (Score in 10th = 79.5% & Score in 12th = 72.7%)
