Key Job Area
Program Design and planning
1.Design the livelihood program to ensure that it evolves according to the identified needs of beneficiaries and developments in the market.
2.Coordinate with Donor agencies, Project team and beneficiaries to prepare comprehensive plans for the beneficiaries and oversee the implementation of the livelihood related plans created for the beneficiaries.
3.Design, update and implement a curriculum for livelihood.
Program Execution
1.Develop, update and implement Standard Operating Procedures for the Livelihood Program.
2.Monitor programme budget and spending and maintain the accounts.
3.Monitor progress of each beneficiary in terms of employability, livelihood and financial stability to ensure the implementation of plans.
4.Identify and maintain relationship with organisations and institutions that provide livelihood related options for beneficiaries including training, employment etc.
5.Organise and facilitate exposure visits to enhance beneficiary understanding of various activities being done for them.
6.Identify, recruit and manage mentors for beneficiaries to ensure that they access work-related coaching.
7.Manage and supervise interns and volunteers that are associated with the Livelihood Program.
Reporting & documentation
1.Submit monthly report of programme activities.
2.Document beneficiary successes related to the livelihood program for the organisations marketing collaterals.

Completed BSc Agriculture(Hons) from Kerala Agricultural University in the year 2015.My CGPA was 8.08. After that i pursued Post Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness Management from National Institute Of agricultural Marketing located at Jaipur,Rajasthan in the year 2017 with a percentage of 70.12%.
