Carrier Path:
Working as a Program Manager in Cyber Safety & Digital Citizenship project under collaboration with unicef and Education Department for Government and non-government schools in Kolkata. Developing strong partnership with Department of Education and other local non-govt.
Worked as Program Manager in an Education Programs at South 24 Paraganas in West Bengal from August 2016. Conducted Situation Analysis and completed the research work for proper implementation and sustainability of the project. Conducted baseline for recognizing the students’ capacity in different subjects, conducted parents meeting in every school for increasing students’ attendance.
Worked as Operation Manager in ‘CCA’ Project - The responsibilities included co-ordination, implementation and management with team and higher authorities as well as accounts department. Maintenance of MIS of three states including preparation of quarterly budget sheet. Project was funded by Michel Susan &Dell Foundation for Increasing Student Learning Levels.
Worked as Program Coordinator in Intel® Learn Program, India since December 2009 to Feb 12. The aims of this program is to improve technical fluency, critical thinking, problem solving skills and collaboration among children and youth through effective community based education propagated by successful models of learning outside the formal school setting.
