Professional Experience: |
I have over 17 years of professional experience in the Corporate and NGO sectors. Since 2012 I have been involved in developmental work. In three years as the Director of Partnerships at the International Justice Mission New Delhi I have increased IJM's partnerships from 5 to over 50 partners across the country working on a variety of social issues including Bonded Labour, Child Labour and human trafficking. This has enhanced IJM's geographical reach as well as built awareness of the work that we are engaged in. I have been a part of multiple raid and rescue operations that have brought immediate rescue, relief and rehabilitation to the victims. On a daily basis I liaise with key government stakeholders, potential media contacts and various partners and activists in order to advance our Advocacy campaign goals and objectives that were set out by Google. I am on the core committee of three different coalitions which have over 100 organizations working together on different social issues. In my most recent assignment I headed “ComMutiny The Youth Collective” as the Executive Director wherein my role involved giving direction and focus to a number of organizations around the country working collectively on Gender Justice and Social inclusion themes.
I have worked for multinational organizations like American Express, Tech Mahindra and RR Donnelley. I have been trained on International Quality and Compliance, Monitoring and Evaluation, Customer Service and managing teams with over 200 employees.
In March 2016 I was invited to attend an International Leadership training for a month in Maui, Hawaii and then a Purpose Driven conference in June 2016 at California. I enjoy leading Worship and conducting Life skills coaching and Leadership training for youth camps and young adults and I have organized over 40 outdoor camps since 2005.
