Worked and coordinated the project as a research Consultant on a research assignment,'Creating safe places for women', of ICRW in Dhaulpur, Rajasthan.The key responsibilities were,Coordinating data collection,Develop team specific plan for data collection and assignment sample to each team and investigator,Keep track of sample coverage and ensure correct identification of sample,Ensure all quality protocols and ethical standards shared by ICRW are followed completely by every member of data collection team,Field visit to observe the quality and coverage and provide feedback to the team. Checking backend data on daily basis and provide feedbacks to the team,Coordinate with different stakeholders ICRW, Pradan, CAPL, data collection agency and others for smooth execution of work,Proper documentation of entire process of data collection,Proper taking of organisational assets and data,Ensure optimal utilisation of the resources, Database and reporting of final data and Developing report on field process.
