• Maintaining assets register statement with value & assets code which helps end of the financial year to charge depreciation in the financial report
• Following donor wise & organization procurement policy before making any purchase
• Checking stock register with the stock value & code
• Maintenance of staff & projects vehicle log book& checking done before making any payment
• Consolidated salary preparation from different projects FC & Non FC and transfer to salary a/c for staff salary at month end

• Preparing yearly budget for the Organization as well for donor
• Helping Auditor to prepare Annual Accounts for IT return
