Professional Experience:
A postgraduate in Healthcare and Hospital Management from Institute of Health Management and Research (IIHMR), Jaipur with an experience of almost ten years. I have also undergone a post graduate certification programme in quality management and accreditation of healthcare organizations (QM&AHO) from Academy of Hospital Administration, New Delhi and Programme on Implementation of NABH Standards for Hospitals, QCI. I have records of managing various projects pertaining to hospital management and public health, entrusted by various national and international donor agencies, as a part of various consultancy and research work. The experience has mix of corporate hospital understanding to public health facility and had been contributing by playing various role as consultant, researcher and project manager. Owing to involvement to various projects, I have developed rich work experience within the domain of health system strengthening, with focus on healthcare quality assurance (NABH, NABL), infection control, newborn health, health facility planning and management, monitoring and evaluation. The opportunity to work with the national and international donor agencies, for profit healthcare consultancy organizations in these years has helped me to develop the functional knowledge and acquire skill in project management, project documentation, mentoring, training, consultancy and research skills, multi-tasking, analytical thinking, conceptualizing the assignment.
