Hands-on experience in Staffing, Workplace Relations, Organizational and People Development, Compensation & Benefits. Have a sound knowledge of Indian statutory requirements including relevant laws and government policies around employment and expert hand on HR software’s like- Agresso, Lumesse Talentlink, Saral Pay pack and PeopleSoft. Currently working in multinational, multicultural, multi-linguistic, multi-religious environment, I am working with regional staff members’, recruitment at all levels, provide sound guidance and professional advice in accordance with employment legislation, organizational policies and best practice, in the areas of change management, recruitment employee relations development, performance management, briefings, handling administrative issues, formulating and implementing the internal regulations.
