-Supported in reformulation of the ICDS child THR products in the state of Madhya Pradesh based on cost effective strategies and rolled out the new product supply across all anganwadi centres to enhance the nutrition of almost 3.5 million children in the state.
- Supported in MIS framework building to capture state wide data of my organizations on ground interventions and monitoring activities as well as analyzed quarterly data for report generation to State departments.
- Developed policy documents for fortification of Salt and Wheat flour to be supplied through Public Distribution System throughout Madhya Pradesh.
- Set up a pilot manufacturing unit of a therapeutic food product with the capacity of treating over 300 severely malnourished children in a day and successfully transferred the production technology to a large Nutrition and Pharma product manufacturing company in Mumbai.
